Returns
Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Switzerland: CHF 8, deducted from your refund.
International return costs depend on the destination and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns refunded as store credit may qualify for complimentary return shipping.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Original packaging should be included where possible.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or original sealed packaging has been opened.
Faulty or incorrect items are, of course, excluded from regular return costs.
How to return
Start your return through our returns portal and follow the instructions provided.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us before starting a return so we can take care of it for you.
